A new Prosecco has arrived with a great review from Wine Enthusiast Magazine – 87 points:

“Simple, bright and refreshing, this prosecco offers aromas of white flower, stone fruit, citrus and crushed mineral. Flavors of sweet fruit and peach are followed by creamy foam and lemon-lime acidity.”

Since 1607, the family of Albino Armani has been crafting wines from their estates in the Adige Valley. This prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes, the official grape of Prosecco. The secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, yielding 11% alcohol and only 25g of residual sugar. This is a refreshing prosecco, not overly fruity or sweet, with an elegant mousse in the mouth.

Macaron’s vintner is Egle Armani, wife of Albino, who hails from Calabria and now represents the Armani winery in the Adige Valley.
