The Bianchi family has been producing wines since 1962. For the Riserva bottling, Monsanto selects grapes from vineyards with longer aging potential, aging the finished blend in small oak barrels for about 18 months, and 3 more months in bottle before release….this vintage blends 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo & Colorino.
