The server position requires the ability to remember, recite and promote food items.   It is important to have a good knowledge of wines and cocktails.   You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work a flexible schedule   including weekends and holidays. This position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service experience and attention to detail.
